Some of you may not be aware that the Rockwall ISD has added a fall break to this year’s academic calendar. Just like fall break, the students will have time off from school. Unlike spring break, though, this holiday is not in a standard Texas possession order. It may be a good idea for you to get out your possession order and talk to an attorney about adding the fall break to your schedule.
Due to a recent change in the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, parties in most litigation will be required to exchange certain basic information. Previously, this sort of exchange was only required if the parties served discovery, or pursuant to an order of the court. This will require additional work from our office and from you, our clients.
